Head Coach, Owner

As a kid I grew up surrounded by sports. My father was a P.E. teacher at a local Las Vegas Middle School and also a private tennis instructor. My older brother was a professional tennis instructor and a college volleyball coach.  I had the opportunity to be involved in every sport you could think of from the time I could walk. I ended up playing basketball at the collegiate level. Once I finished my schooling, I returned to to Vegas and for the first time in my life, I had no real competitive outlet. After a year of trying to workout by myself, I was introduced to CrossFit and fell in love. I once again found an outlet for my competitiveness and a camaraderie that was missing in my life. In 2013 I took my L1 and began coaching. 3 years later I was fortunate enough to open up Rugged CrossFit 702 with my brother and continue my passion for sports through CrossFit. Since then I have received my L2, Weight Lifting and many other certifications. I believe and continuing education and continually want to improve my skills to better help others in their fitness journeys.
