The goal of CrossFit is to “increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains”. At Rugged CrossFit 702, we want to ensure that every member has an opportunity to achieve that goal in a friendly and safe environment. From brand new athletes to the most experienced veterans, we want to help you achieve your fitness goals. 

Our
story

Rugged CrossFit 702 began in December 2016 out of a love and passion for the sport of CrossFit. Owner Kyle Davis has been a long time athlete and always wanted to build his own “CrossFit box” as a safe space for other to experience the amazing CrossFit community that so positively affected his life. Since then, we have had the opportunity to work with thousands of athletes across the Las Vegas valley and look forward to growing and meeting new athletes every day.

Is
CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional fitness done at high intensity. Have you ever picked something up off the floor? Sat down in a chair and stood up again? Placed items up on a shelf? If so, you’ve performed deadlifts, squats, and shoulder presses. In CrossFit, we train these types of movements because they are the movements life demands. We focus first on moving well with consistency, and then we work on increasing intensity.

Yes, we do! The option to take a quick shower after a workout is sometimes the difference between “I can work out” and “I can’t work out” , especially before a busy work day.
